Bogdan's Shoutout #6 - Make agility great again
Last week I wrote a personal retro. What I have done good/bad, what I should improve, etc. It was a nice exercise, a good way to calibrate myself.
Then, my problem radar blinked twice: why most of the agile and lean initiatives are going nowhere?
So, I wrote again. About how to take a personal approach over Agile and some easy, non-process & non-rocket science steps to bring a bit of true agility in your day by day work.
Having said that,
> read on the same topic, the biggest myth of agile development. My favorites, #4, #5 and #7
> learn to design a chatbot, voice or text-based. Not really, but at least see how some guys analyzed 200K messages to build intent clusters.
> oh, but this one is a very good one. Is Sam Altman, a guy that I admire (and follow) most, having some good lessons about How To Be Successful. Not only in tech, but in life.
> learn what is conversational design. It’s not so complicated, it’s just about being clear, nice and helpful.
> oh yes, and enjoy 141 biggest product failures of all time (aka corporate innovations). Google is leading the pack but my favorite is Colgate’ frozen meal. And Ben-Gay’s aspirin, wtf?
Have an easy Monday,
Bogdan
